At DARLET , we aim to deliver all orders within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Customers will receive order updates and tracking details once the order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, a return request must be submitted within the specified return period.

Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent back to the company for inspection. After receiving the product, our team will review and verify the condition of the item. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the returned product meets our return eligibility conditions, including being unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags.

The company reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if the product is found damaged, used, or not in its original condition.
