Return, Exchange & Custom Length Policy

At Darlet, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

● Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

● Any return or exchange request submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

● To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

● Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or missing tags/packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Yellow Tag Policy

● Every Darlet garment is delivered with an official yellow quality-check tag attached.

● Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the yellow quality-check tag remains intact, attached, and untampered.

● Any product with a removed, cut, damaged, altered, or tampered yellow tag will not qualify for return or exchange. Such items will be returned to the customer.

● This quality-check tag policy applies to all products, including both customized and non-customized orders.

Custom Length Orders

● The remaining balance amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.

● As these garments are tailored according to the customer’s requested measurements, custom-length products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
