Return, Exchange & Custom Length Policy

We want your Darlet order to feel right from the start. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible standard products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• ₹150 will be deducted from the refundable amount as return shipping charges.
• Requests submitted after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration or missing tags or packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yellow Tag Policy

Every Darlet garment is delivered with our yellow quality-check tag attached. For any eligible return or exchange, this tag must remain attached, intact and untampered.

If the yellow tag is removed, cut, damaged, altered or tampered with, the item will not qualify for return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer.

The yellow tag policy applies to all Darlet products.

Custom-Length Orders

Made especially for you. Custom-length pieces are finished according to the measurement you select.

• Custom-length orders require 100% prepaid payment and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Because these pieces are customised to your requested measurement, they are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
